Conspiracy

A conspiracy may be a continuing one; actors may drop out and others may drop in; the details of operation may change from time to time; the members need not know each other or the part played by others; a member may not need to know all the details of the plan of the operation; he must, however, know the purpose of the conspiracy and agree to become a party to a plan to effectuate that purpose [Craig U.S.C.C.A.Cal., 81 F.2d 816, 822].¹

When you start to find the same highly esoteric information in different states and different countries, from Florida to California, you start to get an idea that there’s something going on that is very large, very well coordinated, with a great deal of communication and systematicness to what’s happening.… [I am] someone who clearly believes ritual abuse is real and that the people who say it isn’t are either naive like people who didn’t want to believe the Holocaust or — they’re dirty.²

[Janet] Reno’s history as a prosecutor in day-care cases in Florida is not encouraging.³ They are still cleaning up from the “child abuse ring” witchhunts Reno did.^{4, i} In 1993, Attorney General Reno…tried to redefine child pornography to make it more difficult for prosecutors to go after NAMBLA child molesters. Fortunately, her effort was overruled by Congress.⁵ Unbelievably, the position taken by Attorney General Janet Reno is that the producers and distributors of this wretched material cannot be prosecuted unless children are depicted lasciviously engaging in sexual conduct and the material must include a visible depiction of the genitals or pubic area of the body [Richard Carelli (The Associated Press), “Administration Softens Its Definition of Hard-Core Child Pornography,” 23 Sep 1993].⁶ Reno has argued for what amounts to unprecedented and unconscionable interpretations of the exiting child pornography laws in order to prevent the Supreme Court from declaring such laws unconstitutional. This is a smokescreen to conceal the real agenda — the legalization of child pornography under a warped and depraved interpretation of the First Amendment.^7, ii In spite of Reno’s peculiar vision of the attorney general’s duties and her appalling record, she has enjoyed nearly universal acclaim as the Clinton Administration’s star Cabinet member.⁸ Janet Reno has gotten a free ride from the mainstream media who have refused to look at her checkered history of deceit, incompetence, and mayhem.⁹

[Social workers in California] accept[] the idea that [it] involve[s] a national conspiracy of multigenerational abusers and baby-killers and that many of these people [a]re prominent in their communities and appear[] to live completely exemplary lives.¹⁰

The root problem of the world’s sexual child abuse and all other abuse is the Secret Societies.ⁱⁱⁱ… Paedophile police, judges, social workers and psychiatrists are put into key positions to cover-up any accusations of…abuse.¹¹

The most common abuse[] reported…[is] being forcibly drugged.^12, iv, v The child is…drugged, hypnotized, and traumatized.¹³ Once drugged, the children [a]re stripped and posed for explicit photographs — but when they aw[a]ke, they ha[ve] no recollection of what ha[s] happened.¹⁴

I don’t pretend to know how prevalent the problem is.… I can only assume that it is expanding geometrically and am horrified the numbers represented by the generation who are now children and teenagers.¹⁵

The Sexual Assault Resource Center reports that one in three girls and one in five boys will be sexually assaulted by the time they are 16 years old [John N. Briere, Child Abuse Trauma (Newbury Park, CA: Sage Publications, 1992); Diana E. Russell, The Secret Trauma: Incest in the Lives of Girls and Women (New York: Basic Books, Inc., 1986)].^{16, vi, vii} Fewer than 10 percent of child sexual abuse cases are reported to authorities.¹⁷

The treatment of mind controlled kids is a growing field, despite the call for public denial from the corporate press. Cult abuse of children, [Catherine Gould] wrote in The Journal of Psychohistory in the spring of 1995, “is considerable in scope and extremely grave in its consequences. Among 2,709 members of the American Psychological Association who responded to a poll, 2,292 cases of ritual abuse were reported. In 1992 alone, Childhelp USA logged 1,741 calls pertaining to ritual abuse, Monarch Resources of Los Angeles logged 5,000, Real Active Survivors tallied nearly 3,600, Justus Unlimited of Colorado received almost 7,000, and Looking Up Maine handled around 6,000.” ¹⁸

Given the tangible evidence now surfacing, and given the volume of people reporting Satanic cult related abuse, it would seem curious the FBI would come out with such a definitive stance attempting to discredit the increasing phenomenon.^viii Of course, then again, it was the same FBI that for more than the first half of this century consistently said there was no evidence whatsoever of another type of “organized” criminal activity. That is — Mafia related crime.¹⁹

Crimes are covered up at Disney World…to maintain the myth that bad things don’t happen in the Magic Kingdom.… It’s the same reason the company is unwilling to cooperate in efforts to nab child molesters working at Disney World.²⁰ When a molestation occurs, Disney has been uncoroperative with local police during investigations by not releasing information on the crime.… Disney [also] refuse[d] to run background checks on their employees for past child offenses.^21, ix

The sexual abuse of children by priests has caused scandal around the world, and Catholic dioceses have been forced to pay millions of pounds in compensation.²² Until recently, lawsuits by alleged victims usually were settled quietly out of court, and police and prosecutors often were content to give church officials leeway to handle discipline internally, lawyers said. “In the past there was a minimum level of scrutiny to anything the church did because it was presumably acting in the best interests of people,” said the Rev. Raymond C. O’Brien, a Catholic University law professor and a parish priest.… “Prosecutions prior to the mid-80s were virtually unheard of,” said Stephen Rubino, a New Jersey lawyer who has brought more than 200 lawsuits seeking damages from the church over alleged abuse. “Law enforcement kept their hands off. Nobody wanted to get involved with churchmen committing crimes,” Rubino said.… “The sexual abuse scandal now has changed everything,” O’Brien said.²³

Ancient Vatican records and forgotten Latin texts [show] that the church has recognized the problem of abuse by priests for at least 1,700 years and has failed to address it successfully.^x “The contention that the present scandal is isolated to this era is completely debunked by the Roman Catholic Church’s own documents,” concluded Father Thomas P. Doyle and former monks Richard Sipe and Patrick Wall in their 375-page report, “Canonical History of Clerical Sexual Abuse.” ²⁴

[West Point, Fort Dix and the Presidio child care centers have been havens for pedophiles. Despite physical evidence of abuse and years of allegations, cases are squashed.] “We feel that it is vitally important that parents everywhere realize these things really happen,” [protestors at the Presidio] said in a prepared statement, “Cases such as this are being successfully prosecuted across the country at the state level. Why have Mr. Russoniello and the entire federal system failed to learn from these successes?” Referring to the victims, the parents said, “All have made statements that they were abused, they have psychological evidence of abuse and many have documented medical evidence of sexual abuse, including rape, sodomy and venereal disease.” ²⁵ As disturbing as the Presidio case was, it was just one of many ritual abuse cases directly tied to one or more branches of the United States armed forces. As the Mercury News reported: “By November, 1987 the Army had received allegations of child abuse at 15 of its day care centers and several elementary schools. There were also at least two cases in Air Force day care centers,” and another in a center run by the U.S. Navy.²⁶

On January 28, 2003, amid the furor of the impending war with Iraq the British press briefly reported on Operation Ore, the most thorough and comprehensive police investigation of crimes against children before being squashed by the Blair government. Besides implicating Rock guitarist Peter Townsend of the Who, the report claimed that senior members of Tony Blair’s government were being investigated for pedophilia and the “enjoyment” of child-sex pornography. With the investigation reaching to senior members of his Government, Blair declared a news blackout on the story. Moreover, the British report was not the first such case reported. In fact, it followed on the heels of a report from Portugal. On November 27, 2002, the press reported a scandal of pedophile ring run from a state orphanage. The Guardian reported that the scandal threatened to engulf diplomats, media personalities and senior politicians. Photographs of senior government officials with young boys from Lisbon’s Casa Pia orphanage were among the evidence. More shocking however, were the revelations that systematic sexual abuse of children at the home had allegedly been going on for more than 20 years and had been known to police and other authorities for most of that time. On January 14, 2002, Insight Magazine reported the charges leveled by Ben Johnson against his employer Dyncorp, a major defense contractor. Johnson charged that officials and employees of Dyncorp were engaging in perverse, illegal and inhumane behavior and were purchasing illegal weapons, women, forged passports and participating in other immoral acts. Johnson had witnessed his supervisors and fellow employees buying 12- to 15-year-olds as sex slaves. While prostitution is the world’s oldest profession, the global sex trade is big business.^xi…

At least one of [Larry King’s (not the Larry King of Larry King Live)] young prostitutes reported that at one party, she saw George Bush pay King and then depart with a young black man. The President was a pedophile and involved in a pedophile ring, the story had to be squashed at all cost. King is currently serving fifteen years for the failure of the Franklin Credit Union. At least two of his victims have been wrongly imprisoned for refusing to recant their testimony. Meanwhile pedophiles like George Bush are free and able to abuse other children all in the name of national security.²⁷

Charges are being dropped and convictions are being thrown out against hundreds of Californians after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a 1994 state law that erased the statute of limitations in decades-old molestation cases.^28, xii Studies report that the average age of remembering childhood incest is between 29 and 49. It is for this reason that the statute of limitations for reporting abuse was extended in Washington State.²⁹

[We need to create] organizations to survey government operations. We cannot expect the [FBI,] police or the CIA to control their own criminality. The forces that lead to their criminality are far too powerful. What is necessary is that citizen groups form that will constantly watch over government agencies.³⁰

The political targets were enticed to live out their sexual fantasies in the flesh. With hidden cameras ready the unsuspecting politician would be filmed, which would later be used to blackmail him into supporting the agency’s projects and views. Wilson’s skill in these matters dated back to the early 1950s, when he took over a network of homosexual and pedophile rings from [mafia lawyer,] CIA asset and McCarthy Committee counsel Roy Cohn.
